By using NAVORANG (navorang.ai), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to homeowners booking painting services and painters registering on our platform.

NAVORANG is a technology platform that connects homeowners in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar with independent, verified painters. We provide instant quotes, AI colour tools, booking coordination, and payment facilitation. NAVORANG is not a painting contractor — painters perform the physical work as independent service providers.

• Instant quotes on the website are transparent estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after a site visit or remote assessment.
• All amounts are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Internal records may store values in paise (integer) to avoid rounding errors.
• Quotes break down paint, labour, and applicable GST where relevant. Additional work (major repairs, texture, waterproofing) is quoted separately before proceeding.

We background-check painters and display ratings from verified homeowners. Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee outcomes. You should review painter profiles, reviews, and scope before confirming a booking.

• A booking is confirmed when you accept a quote, pay any required deposit, and receive confirmation via WhatsApp or the platform.
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled start may receive a full deposit refund. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit to cover painter scheduling costs.
• NAVORANG may reschedule exterior work during heavy monsoon for safety and quality reasons.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).NAVORANG does not store your full payment credentials. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.

Workmanship issues reported within our guarantee window are reviewed by our Ahmedabad team. Valid claims may receive touch-ups or rework at no extra labour cost. Material defects follow the paint manufacturer's warranty.

• Provide accurate room measurements and access to the property.
• Ensure utilities and workspace are ready for painters on the agreed date.
• Treat painters with respect — abusive behaviour may result in booking cancellation.
• Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent bookings or spam.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NAVORANG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the fees paid to NAVORANG for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

The NAVORANG brand, website, AI tools, and content are owned by NAVORANG. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer our platform without written permission.

We encourage you to contact us first on WhatsApp or email — most concerns are resolved quickly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of India and courts in Gujarat.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website or WhatsApp where appropriate.
